    The in-game "Aspect Ratio" setting (Auto, 4:3, 16:9) is useless for 21:9. Change it to "Auto" and let the external fix handle the rest.

    Search for the default 16:9 hex value string representing the aspect ratio (usually 39 8E E3 3F ).

    Cutscenes in Sleeping Dogs are rendered at a fixed aspect ratio. Even with a widescreen fix, in-engine cutscenes may still show black bars on the sides or stretch slightly. SPatch offers a 60 FPS cutscene fix but does not alter their aspect ratio.
