Excel has a very powerful tool called "Flash Fill" (Relleno Rápido) that automatically recognizes patterns in your data. If you have a list of full names (e.g., "Juan Pérez") in a single column and you need to separate them into Nombre and Apellido , Flash Fill can save you a lot of manual typing.
