Losing the original email is common, especially if you use a work email that was later deactivated. Do not panic. Follow this recovery path:
30 days before your license expires, the authorization dialog will appear when you launch any calculation to remind you to renew. You can click “Start” to continue working normally during that grace period. After you purchase a renewal (the same price as a new subscription), you will receive a new authorization code by email. Enter this new code following the same authorization procedure to reactivate the full version.
