As Shiva navigates the dark underbelly of the city, he adopts the alias "Mugamoodi" (which translates to "The Unmasked") and decides to take on the corrupt system. He starts by targeting the henchmen and gradually moves up the hierarchy, taking on the masterminds behind the crimes.
