The (Integrated Financial Management System) portal is a comprehensive, web-based platform launched by the Department of Finance, Government of Punjab , to manage state-wide financial planning, budget allocation, treasury operations, and public expenditure control. Developed in collaboration with the National Informatics Centre (NIC) Punjab , this "Next-Gen" financial framework unifies diverse state stakeholders—including administrative departments, Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), commercial banks, and the Accountant General (AG) office—into a single, secure digital ecosystem. By shifting traditional paper-laden operations into a real-time tracking dashboard, the platform minimizes fiscal deficits, prevents redundant budget allocations, and significantly speeds up public fund disbursements.
