PCSX2 – Latest stable (v1.6+) or Nightly build (recommended for better performance). Urban Reign ISO – Clean dump of your game disc (NTSC-U: SLUS-21205 / PAL: SLES-53547 / NTSC-J: SLPM-66000 ). BIOS – Legally dumped BIOS from your own PS2 (e.g., USA v02.20 , Japan v01.00 , Europe v02.00 ).

⚠️ Do not enable MTVU (Multi-Threaded VU) for Urban Reign – it causes random freezes in 4+ player fights.
5. Graphics Hacks (for smooth combat)
Config → Graphics → Advanced :
Manual HW Hacks → Enable (if available in your PCSX2 version). Set Half-pixel Offset = Normal (Vertex) – fixes vertical line glitch on characters. Set Round Sprite = Full – corrects slight sprite offsets in UI.
Disable Depth Emulation – not needed, causes slowdown.
