This paper aims to provide an overview of the emerging phenomenon of new Azerbaijani sex videos, examining their cultural, social, and legal implications within the context of Azerbaijani society. Through a mixed-methods approach combining legal analysis, content analysis, and social survey methods, this study seeks to understand the dynamics behind the production, dissemination, and consumption of such content. Furthermore, it explores how these videos reflect or influence societal attitudes towards sex, gender, and relationships in Azerbaijan.

The popularity of Azerbaijani music videos has been on the rise, thanks to the country's efforts to promote its cultural identity and values. The government has launched various initiatives to support the development of the music industry, including funding for music production and distribution. As a result, Azerbaijani music videos have become increasingly accessible on social media platforms, streaming services, and YouTube.
